The plant holds EU and US approval numbers, runs metal detection on every carton and traces each lot back to its farm pond. Founded in 2004 in Can Tho, Delta Seafood Processing operates a 32,000 m² facility with 6 production lines and an annual capacity of 28,000 tons of frozen seafood per year. Main equipment includes 4 IQF spiral freezers, 2 contact plate freezers, 6,000-pallet cold stores, metal detectors and a microbiology lab. Core materials are farmed pangasius and vannamei shrimp from certified Mekong Delta ponds. The company employs 1,001–5,000 people, including 7 R&D and 46 quality-control staff, and exports about 93% of its output to United States, European Union and Japan, with 20 years of export experience across 8 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications and private-label programmes.
