Transaction commission
A success-based commission of 2–5% (by category) applies to orders completed with Trade Assurance and is invoiced to the supplier after payment release. No commission on orders you settle outside the platform.

Posting RFQs, comparing quotations, messaging suppliers and using Trade Assurance costs nothing. Optional services (inspection, freight, financing) are quoted by partners per order.

Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a pro-rated charge; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
What does verification include?
Pro includes business verification (registration, tax code, ownership documents). Verified Manufacturer adds an on-site factory audit and the Factory Audited badge.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer in VND or USD, or card through a partner payment provider. Invoices with VAT are issued automatically.
Is there a contract period?
Monthly plans renew monthly and can be cancelled any time. Yearly plans are billed once for 12 months at a discount.
Do buyers see which plan I am on?
No. Buyers see your badges, verification status, reviews and response rate — not your plan.
