Pre-production inspection
When: Before productionChecks raw materials, components and the approved sample against your specification before mass production starts.
During-production inspection
When: Mid-productionInspection at 20–60% completion to catch defects early and confirm the schedule.
Pre-shipment inspection

How it works
Choose the inspection type and date from the order page; the factory is notified automatically.
The partner sends a local inspector; findings are recorded against your specification and AQL level.
The report is uploaded to the order. If tied to Trade Assurance, the final payment waits for a passed report.
Pricing
Inspections are quoted per man-day by the partner (typically USD 250–350 in Vietnam, travel included). Factory audits are quoted per scope.
