Garment-dyed 220 gsm tees in five colours; shrinkage after our wash test was within 3%. The factory's own garment-dye unit makes colour development much faster than with a subcontractor.
350 gsm hoodies came in at 335–350 gsm across lots, within tolerance but noticeable on the lighter end. Embroidery and print quality were excellent and delivery was a week early.
Triple-needle seams and bar-tacks held up in our wear trials. Delivery slipped by five days during a fabric delay at the mill, which was communicated early.
