Dai Viet has cut and sewn private-label garments since 1998: heavyweight tees and hoodies, workwear shirts, chinos and light outerwear. Fabric is sourced from mills in Nam Dinh and Taiwan, and the factory runs its own washing and garment-dye unit for pigment and enzyme finishes. Founded in 1998 in Ho Chi Minh City, Dai Viet Garment Export operates a 26,000 m² facility with 22 production lines and an annual capacity of 6,000,000 garments per year. Main equipment includes 820 sewing machines, 18 automatic spreading and cutting tables, 2 garment-dye lines and 6 steam finishing tunnels. Core materials are organic and BCI cotton jersey, French terry, CVC fleece, twill, canvas and recycled polyester blends. The company employs 1,001–5,000 people, including 15 R&D and 48 quality-control staff, and exports about 95% of its output to European Union, Japan and United States, with 26 years of export experience across 10 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications, ODM development from its own designs and private-label programmes. The typical minimum order value is around US$10,000, standard lead time is 50 days after sample approval and samples are ready in 10 days. Accepted payment terms are T/T, L/C and D/P and quotations are offered FOB, CIF, DDP and EXW, shipping through Cat Lai or Cai Mep port, Ho Chi Minh City.
