VietFlex rotogravure-prints and laminates stand-up pouches, retort bags and roll stock for coffee, snack, pet-food and cosmetics brands. A mono-PE recyclable structure has replaced PET/PE laminates on several European accounts. Founded in 2012 in Di An, VietFlex Packaging operates a 18,500 m² facility with 7 production lines and an annual capacity of 11,000 tons of flexible packaging per year. Main equipment includes 3 ten-colour rotogravure presses, 2 solventless laminators, 6 pouch-making machines and a solvent-residue GC lab. Core materials are BOPP, PET, CPP, metallised film, aluminium foil, mono-PE and kraft paper laminates. The company employs 201–500 people, including 8 R&D and 14 quality-control staff, and exports about 58% of its output to Vietnam, Japan and Australia, with 10 years of export experience across 6 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications, ODM development from its own designs and private-label programmes. The typical minimum order value is around US$4,000, standard lead time is 25 days after sample approval and samples are ready in 8 days. Accepted payment terms are T/T and L/C and quotations are offered EXW, FOB and CIF, shipping through Cat Lai or Cai Mep port, Ho Chi Minh City.
