Viet Smart Devices develops and manufactures Wi-Fi and Zigbee smart plugs, sensors, gateways and tracking devices. Hardware, firmware and a white-label mobile app are delivered as one package, with CE, FCC and RoHS files prepared for the customer's brand. Founded in 2017 in Hanoi, Viet Smart Devices operates a 6,500 m² facility with 3 production lines and an annual capacity of 1,500,000 devices per year. Main equipment includes 3 SMT lines, an RF shielded test chamber, automatic firmware flashing jigs and an ageing room. Core materials are ESP32/Realtek SoCs, V0 flame-retardant ABS/PC housings, relays and Li-Po cells. The company employs 51–200 people, including 22 R&D and 9 quality-control staff, and exports about 70% of its output to European Union, United States and Southeast Asia, with 6 years of export experience across 5 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications, ODM development from its own designs and private-label programmes. The typical minimum order value is around US$8,000, standard lead time is 45 days after sample approval and samples are ready in 14 days. Accepted payment terms are T/T and quotations are offered EXW, FOB and CIP, shipping through Hai Phong port (Lach Huyen / Dinh Vu). Certifications on file: ISO 9001, CE Marking and RoHS.
