The dining programme was the smoothest furniture project we have run in Vietnam. Chain-of-custody certificates, CARB reports and ISTA 3A packaging tests were all completed at the factory and shared through the platform. The pre-shipment inspection found one cosmetic defect in 200 sampled pieces.

We sell these online and the 1 m drop-tested carton design meant almost no transit damage claims. Cam-lock fittings were consistent and the instruction sheet was clear.

Retail display furniture for our flagship stores

Custom acacia display tables for twelve stores, finished to match our brand colour. The water-based lacquer had no odour on unpacking, which our store teams appreciated.

Bedroom range for a Japanese hotel chain

Rubberwood platform beds and nightstands, 320 rooms. Wood moisture content was documented at 8–10% and no movement was reported after installation. One container shipped a week late due to vessel schedule, not the factory.

Consistent veneer matching on sideboards

Book-matched oak veneer on 400 sideboards with almost no colour variation between units — our merchandisers were impressed. Soft-close hinges were the brand we specified.

Office furniture for our Denver HQ

Small order for a factory of this size, but they treated it seriously: 3D renders before production and assembled photos of every desk before packing. A couple of drawer fronts needed adjustment on site.

Best flat-pack engineering we have seen

Knock-down tables with metal-to-metal fixings that stay tight. Container utilisation was 15% better than our previous supplier because of the packing design.

We sent production samples to a Japanese lab and they passed JIS S 1203 strength and durability testing without issues. Mortise-and-tenon joints are properly executed.
