Thanh Cong presses brackets, reinforcements, seat frames and exhaust shields for Japanese and Korean tier-1 suppliers in Vietnam. Dies are designed and cut in-house, and the plant runs PPAP level 3 documentation with IATF 16949 process control. Founded in 2008 in Binh Xuyen, Thanh Cong Auto Components operates a 28,000 m² facility with 7 production lines and an annual capacity of 14,000,000 stamped parts per year. Main equipment includes 18 presses from 60 to 600 T, 2 progressive-die lines, 14 welding robots, an e-coating line and a 3D scanner. Core materials are SPHC/SPCC steel, high-strength steel, stainless, aluminium sheet and e-coat/powder finishes. The company employs 501–1,000 people, including 16 R&D and 24 quality-control staff, and exports about 40% of its output to Vietnam, Japan and Thailand, with 11 years of export experience across 4 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications. The typical minimum order value is around US$15,000, standard lead time is 45 days after sample approval and samples are ready in 25 days. Accepted payment terms are T/T, L/C and D/P and quotations are offered EXW, FCA and FOB, shipping through Hai Phong port (Lach Huyen / Dinh Vu).
