Thai Binh Home Textiles weaves terry towels and bed linen for hotel groups and European discounters. The mill runs rapier and air-jet looms, a continuous bleaching line and a hemming department that can personalise with jacquard borders or woven labels. Founded in 2003 in Thai Binh, Thai Binh Home Textiles operates a 19,000 m² facility with 7 production lines and an annual capacity of 4,500 tons of home textiles per year. Main equipment includes 48 rapier and air-jet looms, a continuous bleaching range, 6 dyeing vessels and 20 hemming machines. Core materials are combed cotton, bamboo viscose, microfibre and cotton/polyester blends. The company employs 201–500 people, including 3 R&D and 9 quality-control staff, and exports about 52% of its output to Vietnam, Japan and European Union, with 14 years of export experience across 3 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications and private-label programmes.
