Sunrise supplies hotels, resorts and garden-centre chains with outdoor dining sets, sun loungers, modular sofas and parasols. Powder-coated aluminium frames, PE rattan and Olefin rope are combined with quick-dry foam and solution-dyed acrylic cushions. Founded in 2009 in Nhon Trach, Sunrise Outdoor Furniture operates a 24,000 m² facility with 6 production lines and an annual capacity of 130 containers per year. Main equipment includes aluminium MIG/TIG welding cells, a powder-coating line, 60 weaving stations and a salt-spray test cabinet. Core materials are grade-A teak, 6063 aluminium, HDPE rattan, Olefin and Textilene, solution-dyed acrylic fabric. The company employs 201–500 people, including 6 R&D and 15 quality-control staff, and exports about 85% of its output to European Union, Australia and Japan, with 13 years of export experience across 6 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications and ODM development from its own designs. The typical minimum order value is around US$15,000, standard lead time is 55 days after sample approval and samples are ready in 18 days.
