Saigon Pack builds packs for European and North American outdoor labels: hiking and travel backpacks, laptop and commuter bags, duffels, hydration packs and dry bags. An in-house pattern room and a 18-person sample team turn a tech pack into a fitted, load-tested sample in ten working days, and the factory holds GRS scope for recycled polyester and recycled nylon webbing. Founded in 2006 in Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon Pack Manufacturing operates a 18,000 m² facility with 14 production lines and an annual capacity of 1,800,000 bags per year. Main equipment includes 220 lock-stitch and bar-tack machines, 12 high-frequency welders, 4 ultrasonic cutters, 2 CNC laser cutters and an automatic webbing cutting line. Core materials are 600D/900D recycled polyester, 210D–420D ripstop nylon, TPU laminates, YKK zippers and Duraflex hardware. The company employs 501–1,000 people, including 12 R&D and 26 quality-control staff, and exports about 92% of its output to European Union, United States and Japan, with 18 years of export experience across 10 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications, ODM development from its own designs and private-label programmes. The typical minimum order value is around US$8,000, standard lead time is 45 days after sample approval and samples are ready in 10 days.
