Saigon Carton prints and converts export cartons, shelf-ready trays and shipping boxes for garment, food and electronics factories in the southern industrial belt. A five-layer corrugator and flexo/offset presses cover runs from 2,000 to 500,000 boxes. Founded in 2008 in Ben Luc, Saigon Carton & Packaging operates a 26,000 m² facility with 6 production lines and an annual capacity of 95,000,000 m² of corrugated board per year. Main equipment includes a 2.5 m five-layer corrugator, 4 flexo printer-slotters, an offset laminator, 3 die-cutters and an ECT/burst tester. Core materials are recycled kraft and testliner, virgin kraft, water-based flexo inks, E/B/C/BC/EB flutes. The company employs 201–500 people, including 6 R&D and 12 quality-control staff, and exports about 25% of its output to Vietnam, Cambodia and Australia, with 9 years of export experience across 3 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications, ODM development from its own designs and private-label programmes. The typical minimum order value is around US$2,500, standard lead time is 18 days after sample approval and samples are ready in 3 days.
