Phu My spins, knits, dyes and finishes fabric for garment factories across northern Vietnam and for European converters. The mill specialises in single jersey, interlock, French terry and piqué in cotton, CVC and recycled-polyester blends, with digital colour matching to Pantone TCX. Founded in 1995 in Nam Dinh, Phu My Textile Mills operates a 42,000 m² facility with 11 production lines and an annual capacity of 9,000 tons of fabric per year. Main equipment includes 36 circular knitting machines, 14 jet-dyeing vessels, a stenter finishing range and a spectrophotometer lab. Core materials are combed cotton yarn, CVC, TC, recycled polyester filament and spandex. The company employs 501–1,000 people, including 8 R&D and 19 quality-control staff, and exports about 45% of its output to Vietnam, South Korea and Japan, with 20 years of export experience across 5 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications. The typical minimum order value is around US$5,000, standard lead time is 35 days after sample approval and samples are ready in 8 days.
