Phoenix Activewear makes leggings, sports bras, running tees and cycling kit for gym and athleisure brands. Four-way stretch fabrics are knitted to order, printed by sublimation in-house, and bonded or flatlock-stitched depending on the programme. Founded in 2015 in Thuan An, Phoenix Activewear Manufacturing operates a 15,000 m² facility with 16 production lines and an annual capacity of 3,200,000 garments per year. Main equipment includes 24 circular knitting machines, 12 sublimation printers, 40 flatlock and overlock machines, 6 bonding presses and a laser cutter. Core materials are recycled polyester/spandex, nylon/elastane, brushed poly-tricot and bio-based PU films. The company employs 501–1,000 people, including 11 R&D and 22 quality-control staff, and exports about 86% of its output to United States, European Union and Australia, with 9 years of export experience across 7 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications, ODM development from its own designs and private-label programmes. The typical minimum order value is around US$7,000, standard lead time is 45 days after sample approval and samples are ready in 12 days. Accepted payment terms are T/T and L/C and quotations are offered FOB, CIF and DDP, shipping through Cat Lai or Cai Mep port, Ho Chi Minh City.
