Orchid formulates and fills serums, cleansers, sunscreens and sheet masks in an ISO 22716 GMP plant, using local actives such as rice bran, centella, green tea and coconut. Formulation, stability testing, regulatory dossiers and artwork are handled in one place. Founded in 2014 in Ho Chi Minh City, Orchid Cosmetics Laboratory operates a 7,200 m² facility with 5 production lines and an annual capacity of 12,000,000 units per year. Main equipment includes 2 vacuum emulsifiers (500/1,000 L), 4 automatic filling lines, a class-D clean room and a stability chamber set. Core materials are COSMOS-approved plant extracts, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, mineral UV filters, PCR plastic and glass packaging. The company employs 51–200 people, including 15 R&D and 12 quality-control staff, and exports about 45% of its output to Vietnam, Southeast Asia and United States, with 8 years of export experience across 7 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications, ODM development from its own designs and private-label programmes. The typical minimum order value is around US$4,000, standard lead time is 40 days after sample approval and samples are ready in 14 days.
