Mekong Travel Gear moulds its own PC and ABS+PC shells and assembles complete luggage sets: spinner cases, cabin trolleys, business cases and duffel-on-wheels. Its design studio releases two ODM collections a year that buyers can re-colour and re-badge without paying tooling costs. Founded in 2014 in Ben Luc, Mekong Travel Gear operates a 14,500 m² facility with 6 production lines and an annual capacity of 700,000 luggage sets per year. Main equipment includes 8 vacuum-forming presses, 6 injection machines (250–850 T), an automatic riveting line and a 100,000-cycle wheel test rig. Core materials are virgin and recycled polycarbonate, ABS+PC sheet, 1680D ballistic polyester, aluminium trolley frames. The company employs 201–500 people, including 9 R&D and 14 quality-control staff, and exports about 88% of its output to United States, Middle East and Australia, with 10 years of export experience across 7 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications, ODM development from its own designs and private-label programmes. The typical minimum order value is around US$12,000, standard lead time is 55 days after sample approval and samples are ready in 15 days.
