Mekong Rubber compounds its own NR, NBR, EPDM and silicone and moulds gaskets, bushings, mounts and rollers for machinery and vehicle builders. Plantation rubber is sourced within 40 km of the plant, which keeps compound cost and lead time low. Founded in 2010 in Chon Thanh, Mekong Rubber Products operates a 15,000 m² facility with 5 production lines and an annual capacity of 5,400 tons of rubber goods per year. Main equipment includes 16 compression presses, 6 injection-moulding rubber machines, 2 kneaders and a rheometer lab. Core materials are SVR 3L natural rubber, NBR, EPDM, silicone, carbon black and curing systems. The company employs 201–500 people, including 5 R&D and 10 quality-control staff, and exports about 34% of its output to Vietnam, South Korea and Japan, with 8 years of export experience across 3 countries.
