Lotus Ceramics throws, casts and glazes stoneware dinnerware, mugs, planters and garden pots in the Binh Duong pottery cluster. Reactive and matte glazes are lead- and cadmium-free and tested to FDA and LFGB migration limits. Founded in 2000 in Tan Uyen, Lotus Ceramics Binh Duong operates a 20,000 m² facility with 5 production lines and an annual capacity of 4,200,000 pieces per year. Main equipment includes 3 shuttle kilns, a 60 m tunnel kiln, 8 casting lines, a glaze spray booth and a thermal-shock tester. Core materials are local kaolin and ball clay, stoneware body, lead-free reactive and matte glazes. The company employs 201–500 people, including 6 R&D and 11 quality-control staff, and exports about 80% of its output to Japan, European Union and United States, with 18 years of export experience across 6 countries.
