Lach Huyen EV assembles 48–72 V LFP and NMC battery packs, battery-management boards and AC/DC chargers for electric motorbike and light-vehicle makers. Packs are laser-welded, IP67 sealed and shipped with UN38.3 test reports. Founded in 2019 in Hai Phong, Lach Huyen EV Components operates a 13,000 m² facility with 4 production lines and an annual capacity of 320,000 battery packs per year. Main equipment includes 2 laser welding cells, an automatic cell sorter, 40 charge/discharge test channels and a thermal shock chamber. Core materials are LFP and NMC 21700 cells, nickel busbars, flame-retardant PC housings, Infineon MOSFETs. The company employs 201–500 people, including 19 R&D and 13 quality-control staff, and exports about 35% of its output to Vietnam, Southeast Asia and India, with 4 years of export experience across 4 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications and ODM development from its own designs. The typical minimum order value is around US$25,000, standard lead time is 50 days after sample approval and samples are ready in 20 days.
