Guardian makes S1P, S3 and metal-free safety footwear for construction, logistics and food-processing customers. Every style is type-tested to EN ISO 20345 at a notified body in Europe, and the factory keeps composite toe caps and puncture-resistant textile midsoles in stock. Founded in 2013 in Duc Hoa, Guardian Safety Footwear operates a 12,000 m² facility with 5 production lines and an annual capacity of 1,200,000 pairs per year. Main equipment includes 3 direct-injection PU lines, 2 cement lines, a toe-cap compression tester and a slip-resistance rig. Core materials are full-grain and nubuck leather, microfibre, composite toe caps, PU/PU and PU/rubber soles. The company employs 201–500 people, including 5 R&D and 12 quality-control staff, and exports about 48% of its output to Vietnam, Australia and Middle East, with 8 years of export experience across 3 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications and private-label programmes.
