Dong A fabricates pre-engineered warehouse frames, mezzanines, selective pallet racking and conveyor supports. Detailing is done in Tekla, welding follows AWS D1.1, and finished steel is shot-blasted to Sa 2.5 before priming. Founded in 2007 in Hai Phong, Dong A Steel Structures operates a 36,000 m² facility with 4 production lines and an annual capacity of 26,000 tons of fabricated steel per year. Main equipment includes 2 H-beam welding lines, CNC plasma and flame cutting, a shot-blasting tunnel and 3 painting booths. Core materials are SS400 and Q345B structural steel, galvanised coil, high-strength bolts. The company employs 201–500 people, including 9 R&D and 11 quality-control staff, and exports about 18% of its output to Vietnam and Cambodia, with 6 years of export experience across 2 countries.
