Dai Loi presses and glazes full-body porcelain tiles and produces terrazzo and quartz slabs for developers and export distributors. Digital inkjet decoration allows 60 designs per collection, and rectified edges hold ±0.5 mm calibration. Founded in 2006 in Trang Bom, Dai Loi Building Materials operates a 45,000 m² facility with 3 production lines and an annual capacity of 6,800,000 m² of tiles per year. Main equipment includes 2 hydraulic presses (7,200 T), a 165 m roller kiln, 4 digital inkjet decorators and a slab polishing line. Core materials are feldspar, kaolin, ball clay, frits and glazes, quartz aggregate and resin binders. The company employs 201–500 people, including 6 R&D and 13 quality-control staff, and exports about 30% of its output to Vietnam, Australia and Middle East, with 7 years of export experience across 4 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications and private-label programmes.
