BrightViet designs and assembles high-bay, flood, street and panel luminaires with Lumileds and Bridgelux chips and Meanwell-class drivers. An in-house goniophotometer produces IES files so specifiers can run DIALux calculations before ordering. Founded in 2016 in Viet Yen, BrightViet LED Lighting operates a 8,000 m² facility with 4 production lines and an annual capacity of 1,100,000 luminaires per year. Main equipment includes 2 SMT lines for LED boards, an aluminium die-casting cell, a goniophotometer, an integrating sphere and IP67 water-jet test rigs. Core materials are ADC12 aluminium housings, Lumileds/Bridgelux chips, PMMA and tempered-glass optics. The company employs 51–200 people, including 12 R&D and 10 quality-control staff, and exports about 55% of its output to Vietnam, European Union and Middle East, with 7 years of export experience across 5 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications, ODM development from its own designs and private-label programmes. The typical minimum order value is around US$6,000, standard lead time is 35 days after sample approval and samples are ready in 10 days. Accepted payment terms are T/T and L/C and quotations are offered FOB, CIF and EXW, shipping through Hai Phong port (Lach Huyen / Dinh Vu).
