Bien Hoa Footwear assembles running, court and lifestyle shoes for sportswear brands, plus vulcanised canvas styles. The plant does its own cutting, computerised stitching, cold-cement and vulcanising, and runs a Satra-standard lab for flex, bond-strength and slip testing. Founded in 2001 in Bien Hoa, Bien Hoa Footwear Manufacturing operates a 48,000 m² facility with 12 production lines and an annual capacity of 3,500,000 pairs per year. Main equipment includes 12 assembly conveyors, 30 computerised stitching machines, 4 vulcanising ovens, 6 cold-cement lines and a Satra test lab. Core materials are engineered mesh, recycled knit uppers, action leather, EVA and rubber compounds, Phylon midsoles. The company employs 1,001–5,000 people, including 24 R&D and 62 quality-control staff, and exports about 97% of its output to United States, European Union and South Korea, with 22 years of export experience across 10 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications, ODM development from its own designs and private-label programmes. The typical minimum order value is around US$15,000, standard lead time is 60 days after sample approval and samples are ready in 18 days.
