Bac Ninh Precision runs six SMT lines with 3D AOI and X-ray inspection, building control boards, LED drivers, IoT modules and complete box-build products for European and Japanese OEMs. NPI engineers take a Gerber pack to a first article in twelve working days. Founded in 2010 in Que Vo, Bac Ninh Precision Electronics operates a 21,000 m² facility with 6 production lines and an annual capacity of 780,000,000 component placements per year. Main equipment includes 6 SMT lines (Fuji/Yamaha), 3D AOI, X-ray, selective soldering, 2 conformal-coating robots and ICT/FCT test benches. Core materials are FR-4 and aluminium PCBs, SAC305 lead-free solder, halogen-free connectors and UL-rated enclosures. The company employs 501–1,000 people, including 28 R&D and 34 quality-control staff, and exports about 82% of its output to Japan, European Union and South Korea, with 12 years of export experience across 7 countries. The factory offers OEM production to customer specifications and ODM development from its own designs.
