An Phat runs 42 injection machines from 60 to 1,300 tonnes for housewares, technical parts and closures, and builds its own moulds. Founded in 2005 in Hai Duong, An Phat Plastic Industries operates a 31,000 m² facility with 10 production lines and an annual capacity of 16,000 tons of plastic products per year. Main equipment includes 42 injection machines (60–1,300 T), 3 CNC mould shops, 4 blown-film lines and a melt-flow lab. Core materials are PP, HDPE, ABS, PC, food-grade masterbatch, PBAT/PLA compostable compounds.
