Commuter backpack run delivered on spec

6,000 commuter packs, three colourways, all cartons within the packing manual. One carton lot shipped four days late because of a zipper supply issue, but we were told immediately and the balance arrived on time. Stitch density and bar-tacks were consistent across the run.

Reliable for private-label bag programmes

Second season with Saigon Pack for our own-label travel range. Colour continuity between the two styles was handled properly with lab dips before bulk. Inspection at AQL 2.5 passed with zero critical defects.

Duffel programme for Japanese retail

Japanese labelling and carton marking were done correctly the first time, which is rare. Welded base seams held up in our water test. Only remark: the first hangtag proof needed a font correction.

Fast, honest and organised

We placed a 3,000-piece dry-bag order and had daily production photos in the platform chat without asking. Pricing was mid-range but the factory did not cut corners on the TPU lamination. Would order again.

Factory audit matched the profile

We audited the Vinh Loc plant in person: fourteen lines, clean cutting room, proper needle control and a functioning rain and abrasion test corner. Everything on the CANG profile was accurate.

Hydration vest development done right

They built three fit prototypes of our running vest before bulk and tested bounce on a treadmill in the sample room. Reflective trims were sourced to EN 20471 as promised. Slightly slow on the final invoice paperwork, otherwise excellent.

Kids school backpacks: safety paperwork complete

EN 71-3 and OEKO-TEX class II reports were provided per component before we asked, which saved our compliance team two weeks. Sublimation prints on the front panel were sharp and consistent.

Solid supplier, fair pricing on repeat orders

Repeat order of duffels shipped in 32 days, faster than the quoted 45. Minor colour deviation on one webbing lot was flagged by their own QC and replaced before packing.
